The Indian Education Resource Center (Pembroke, NC) has photocopies of minutes published by Edwards and Broughton (1881-1901) and later by Robesonian Printing House (1904- ), as well as minutes printed annually in subsequent years as brochures. Minutes for 1881-1911 (scattered) and 1914-1987 are also in WFU-BHC. UNC has minutes since 1904.
