Annotation: 

Three Purnell Swett High School students who were involved in an October 7 fight between Indians and Blacks at the County Fair have received convictions on charges of disorderly conduct and failure to disperse on command. The Robeson County District Court held a special session to handle 24 cases related to the incident. Sixteen of the cases were continued to December 13. The three students' sentences included jail time ranging from 48-98 hours and community service ranging from 24-48 hours. Two students will be on probation for two years.
