Annotation:

One of the men in prison for killing basketball star Michael Jordan’s father, Daniel Andre Green, says he is owed a retrial due to juror and law enforcement misconduct. Green denies killing Jordan, but admits to helping dispose of the body. Beale, the judge, agreed to accept some witness statements are potential evidence. Juror Paula Locklear violated the trial judge’s orders by visiting the site of the body. Green also claimed that serologist Jennifer Elwell misled the jury about the blood found in Jordan’s car. Not all of the evidence Green submitted will be considered in the case.
