Annotation: 

Indians of Robeson County are renamed Cherokee Indians of Robeson County. The Indian Normal School of Robeson County is renamed Cherokee Normal School of Robeson County. The act does not impose on powers, privileges, or rights of the Eastern Band of the Cherokees.
