Describes Moore’s funeral and reviews his accomplishments.  Moore urged the introduction of the bill which established the Indian Normal School, helped fund the school’s construction, and was its first teacher and headmaster.  He was also a long-time pastor of Prospect Church and aided Indian public schools.
