Citation:

Bigelow, Scott. "Enrollment dip to cost schools $1 million." Robesonian [Lumberton, NC]. December 12, 2017.

Annotation:

School enrollment has dropped in Robeson County this year, and the schools will lose a little more than $1 million in state funding. The loss of money will mean the loss of 12.5 teachers starting in the 2018-2019 school year. The dip in enrollment is probably due to people moving out of the county following Hurricane Matthew. There are plans to build a new consolidated school in Robeson County.
