Annotation: 

The Robeson County Housing Outreach Center is a new program that is to assist displaced citizens in the wake of Hurricane Matthew. The center is planned to open on July 10. Case managers "will assist and/or refer individuals with issues such as housing, construction, rental and utility assistance, crisis counseling and educational attainment” (para. 3). Many local agencies will be providing services out of the Outreach Center.
