Annotation: 

Update on the activities of Hatcher since he was paroled from prison in May, 1995. He moved into an apartment in Pembroke two months prior to this writing. He contracted AIDS while in prison, but drug therapy is keeping him relatively healthy. He no longer operates the Hatcher Center for Human Rights, an organization he founded to investigate government oppression and drug trafficking. He plans to get involved in public affairs in Robeson County. He is thinking about working to get the Robeson County Human Relations Commission restored.
